Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Foldeen, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a church or organization, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
2. The service
Foldeen provides tools for tracking attendance, following up with members, recording offerings, and related church-administration features. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
3. Accounts & responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the activity of users you invite. You must have a lawful basis to enter the personal data of your congregation and to send any communications you initiate through the service.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity, no attempts to breach security or access other churches’ data, and no uploading of content you have no right to store. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Plans, billing & payment
Foldeen offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan (₦15,000/month, or ₦144,000/year). Paid plans are arranged directly with us and billed in advance. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes do not affect a term already paid for.
6. Your data
The data your church enters remains yours. We process it to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or request deletion of your data. We keep reasonable backups.
7. Availability & warranties
We work to keep Foldeen available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance and occasional downtime may occur.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Foldeen is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using Foldeen at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or non-payment. On termination we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
